Are you getting enough sleep?
This is stating the obvious: to avoid fatigue you should be getting enough sleep! Your body needs sleep in order to recharge itself. Starting a movie at 11.30pm won’t help. Having trouble sleeping? Make sure to stick to sleeping at the same times every day. Make the sleeping area as comfy as possible – dark and quiet.
Avoiding Stress helps build up natural enzymes
Beating stress alleviates tiredness. So identify what is causing your stress in the first place. Usually this is work.. a bad working environment, stressful workload or perhaps a job you are generally unhappy with, or money issues. Identify what this is and tackle it. Secondly, figure out what relaxes you most. Sometimes this is a hot bath, a massage, or simply taking the dog for a walk. Stress stops you sleeping which in turn means your natural enzymes can’t recharge and release energy- it’s a vicious circle.
