Relax And De-Stress This Weekend
Most of us spend a lot of our week rushing around, and when the weekend arrives, we tend not to be prepared to unwind, or we haven’t even considered beforehand our plans to relax and bring some calm into our lives. Because of this, when Sunday night arrives and the dread of the week ahead starts to creep in to our minds, we launch ourselves into work mode earlier than we should. We haven’t had the right amount of down time to allow our bodies and minds to recover from the previous week.

Passionflower has long been considered a “folk remedy” for anxiety and insomnia.
